The hotel was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our little one. The friendly staff, especially Nada at reception, were kind and helpful, providing great service. While a bit far from the Haram, the shuttle service made it manageable. The food was delicious, and we loved experiencing local dishes like Moroccan harira. We appreciated the hotel's proximity to key landmarks, all within 2.5 km, which made our stay more enjoyable. We would gladly return!

Had a pleasant stay with excellent cleanliness and helpful staff. The breakfast wasn't quite to my taste, but the comfortable atmosphere made up for it. Just be prepared for shuttle delays;

The staff were kind and attentive, ensuring our comfort every step of the way. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping that felt personal. The dining experience was good, especially Sahoor with special thanks to Yasin Fazal and his team. the shuttle service to the nearby Haram made our trips hassle-free and convenient.
I can just recommend this hotel.

Had a pleasant stay! The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, and I loved the modern furnishings. The staff was super friendly, especially at the reception, making check-in a breeze. Plus, being close to Anjum Mall was a bonus with plenty of dining options nearby. Enjoyed some delicious Pakistani food at a restaurant just behind the hotel too!
Getting to the holy site was a hassle. It took me about 30-40 minutes using public buses, which were crowded and not the best experience. The rooms could be noisy too; you can hear your neighbors and the street outside, so pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Had a decent Christmas stay! The rooms were spacious and the design of the bathrooms was pretty nice. The shuttle service really helps make the trips to the mosque a lot easier, even though it takes a bit of time. Plus, the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, which made !
But let’s be real, the entire bus situation was a nightmare. It took forever to find the right bus after leaving the mosque, and no one had a clue about where we were supposed to go! cleaning was hit-or-miss; some days our room wasn’t even touched properly. Plus, the breakfast was just average with limited options. Ugh!

The complimentary shuttle buses were a great addition, especially since they saved us from the hassle of navigating traffic.
